Ashdown Park is a beautiful listed 19th century mansion house set in 186 acres of the Ashdown Forest in the heart of East Sussex. With views across the manicured lawns and lake with secret gardens and woodland trails to explore, Ashdown Park is a delightful place to wine, dine and unwind.

Executive Head Chef, Andrew Wilson, invites you to the first Supper Club of 2026.

Throughout the evening, Andrew will personally introduce each course of the specially curated menu, sharing the stories behind the dishes and the exceptional local produce sourced from our trusted suppliers. This interactive culinary experience invites you to connect with fellow food lovers while enjoying a relaxed, social dining atmosphere. Each dish is carefully paired with a glass of wine, to enhance your tasting experience.

To continue the experience at home, each guest will receive a personalised menu featuring links to the recipes from the evening. A unique celebration of food, community and the very best of Sussex.

Tickets are priced at £80 per person or £72 per person (10% discount) for Luxury Restaurant Club Members. Included in the package is a four course dinner with pairing wines followed by tea and coffee.
